You can cancel any time from within the app: tap your picture, choose View Profile and tap Manage Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Before your subscription ends, download your reports and certificates. As a general rule, data is removed 7 days after a subscription ends. See What happens to my records if I cancel?
- Log in at app.cpdpro.org.uk, tap your picture (top right) and choose View Profile. You'll also find the button under More > SUPPORT.
- Tap Manage Subscription (it reads Manage Trial while you're on a free trial). This opens our secure account portal.
- Choose to cancel your subscription and confirm.
Refund and cancellation policy
Refunds
All subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Because our service provides immediate access to digital features and resources, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund or account credit at our reasonable discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- a duplicate charge caused by a billing error
- a technical issue that prevented meaningful access to the service.
To request a review, contact us at dental@cpdpro.org.uk within 7 days of the charge and include your account email and relevant payment details. We will review requests fairly, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Free trials and promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, any applicable terms, including the date on which billing begins, will be shown before you subscribe. You are responsible for cancelling before the trial or promotional period ends if you do not wish to be charged.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
