Everything you upload can be downloaded while your subscription is active. As a general rule, data is removed 7 days after a subscription ends, so download your records before your subscription ends.
- Download each CPD year's reports and certificates: see How do I download my CPD reports and certificates?
- Copy the folder's contents to your own storage.
- Then cancel if you wish: see How do I cancel my subscription?
The full terms are in our Terms and Conditions, section 4. The GDC asks you to keep CPD records for five years from the end of your five-year cycle.
