How do I contact Enhanced CPD Pro support?

Contact Enhanced CPD Pro by email, through support in the app, or by WhatsApp if you are a subscriber. Expect a response within an hour or less.

Email dental@cpdpro.org.uk, use support inside the app, or, if you are a paid subscriber, message us on WhatsApp. Contact us and expect a response within an hour or less.

  1. In the app: log in at app.cpdpro.org.uk and go to More > SUPPORT. Tap EMAIL, or ask the support assistant a question about the GDC's rules or using the app.
  2. By email: write to dental@cpdpro.org.uk from the address on your account.
  3. WhatsApp (subscribers): subscribers and trial users see a WHATSAPP button on the same SUPPORT screen.
  4. Contact form: use the form on our contact page.

Tell us what you were trying to do and what you saw on screen. Please don't send card details.
