Do I need a personal development plan (PDP)?

Yes. Under the GDC Enhanced CPD scheme every registrant must keep a personal development plan.

Yes. Under the GDC's Enhanced CPD scheme you must maintain a personal development plan (PDP).

  1. Plan: list the CPD you intend to do.
  2. Do: complete the CPD and keep the evidence.
  3. Link: link each CPD activity to at least one development outcome: see What are the development outcomes A to D?
