Only verifiable CPD counts towards your GDC hours. For each activity you need evidence showing the details the GDC lists.
- Keep the evidence: see What must a CPD certificate show?
- Link it to a development outcome. Every activity should link to at least one of the GDC's four development outcomes: see What are the development outcomes A to D?
- Spread it out. You need at least 10 hours of verifiable CPD in any two consecutive CPD years, as well as your total for the cycle: see How many CPD hours do I need?
- Declare it. Declare your verifiable CPD in your annual CPD statement in MyGDC: see When is my annual CPD statement due?
