You can add notes to any CPD Record quickly and easily at any time. Often you may find that a CPD activity has different types of impact over different time periods. You can record this and your digital assistant will keep everything linked and organised.

1. Click the + button and choose CPD Reflection

2. Choose the CPD Record you are writing about.

3. Then choose whether you'd like to write a Guided Reflection or a Freeflow note.

The Guided Reflection provides you with a template into which you can write your thoughts. You may find that this helps you to organise your thoughts and keep your reflective notes consistent.

However, you also have the option of writing free flow notes whenever you wish.
