The GDC asks you to keep your CPD records for five years from the end of your five-year cycle, so you may need to keep some evidence for up to ten years.

  1. Keep every certificate and the rest of your CPD records for each cycle.
  2. Download each CPD year's reports and certificates from the app: see How do I download my CPD reports and certificates?
  3. Copy them to storage you control, so you still have them if you ever stop subscribing.
